Mamadêlê Foundation, founded in 2017, is an organization that produces performances, classes and trips which celebrate the arts and culture of Bahia, Brazil. Based in Philadelphia, we provide arts education programs throughout the tri-state area as well as performances around the globe.

We are grateful to our funders and supporters for helping us to sustain this vital programming.

This project was supported in part by the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts, a state agency funded by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the National Endowment for the Arts, a federal agency.
Recycled Sounds is supported in part by the National Association of Latino Arts and Cultures, the Ford Foundation, and the Surdna Foundation through a grant from the NALAC Fund for the Arts Grant Program.
